The majolicas used for La Fuente stoves are the result of a long manufacturing cycle. The best fireclays are mixed with water to obtain “the slip”…	…which is run into plaster moulds for the tiles moulding.	The piece extracted from the mould is hand well-finished.
The dried and strictly controlled majolicas are cooked in the furnaces at 1000 c° over…	…glazed one by one..	…and hand decorated.
After a following cooking at about 1000 c°, we further control all the majolicas …	…and combine them with a refractory cement to mould the walls of the stoves, which are assembled and well-finished with silicone.
